If you have any problems logging into the message board, retrieving mail, or other computer problems that have to do with your account, you can contact the program’s technical support team who will be able to help you any way they can. Tech support is usually available twenty-four hours a day. You can email or call them when you are having problems. Many programs also offer computer tutorials that will teach you basic computer functions. People who take online classes come from a variety of different computer backgrounds.
